Our clients take advantage of the opportunities available in the globalized market place and Akteos assists them in their efforts with training and advice. To this end we developed the Akteos Approach for our clients to help them achieve the maximum results from the investments they are making in these markets.

  1. An intensive and practically-oriented approach which includes training, coaching and advice.
  2. Participants discover what their own cultural values are and, based on measurable cultural dimensions, they learn to come to terms with the cultural differences that need to be bridged.
  3. Participants gain valuable insights and learn to use the specific instruments required to turn the threats which are sometimes found in intercultural situations into opportunities. Each participant will make a personal action plan in this regard.
  4. A thorough intake, both individually and in groups, leads to a high level of customised course work in terms of context, examples and exercises. The course follow up is done using the Nomad’ Network which supports the participants in implementing and fine-tuning their action plans.
  5. Our Nomad’ Network online platform is the backbone of our approach. Participants not only draw an array of information and knowledge from the network, but also use it to record their activities. Coordinating the approach in this way allows us to achieve the greatest returns in every phase.
